End-to-End Crane Equipment Manufacturing
From standalone parts to complete crane assemblies, our portfolio covers end carriages, hoisting units, travelling trolleys, motors, gear reducers and electrical control panels. Each subsystem is dimensioned to the project-specific span, capacity and duty group, then integrated to deliver a reliable, low-maintenance system over the full service life of the crane.
Quality Components & Established Partnerships
We work with leading Turkish industrial suppliers to ensure consistent quality and predictable lead times. Our drives use Gamak Motor three-phase induction motors for hoist and travel applications, while gear reducers, geared motors and brake units are supplied by Yılmaz Redüktör. Standardising on proven Turkish-manufactured components simplifies on-site servicing and spare-parts logistics for our customers, regardless of where the crane is installed.
Materials & Structural Engineering
Crane girders and load-bearing structures are fabricated from S235JR structural steel — the modern EN 10025 designation that succeeded the legacy St37 grade — selected for its proven weldability, ductility and code conformance. Plate thicknesses, web stiffeners and welded connection details are sized to the project-specific span, lifting capacity and duty class.
Compliance with International Standards
Each Wimac crane is designed and verified against the principal standards used in the lifting-equipment industry: FEM 1.001 for crane classification (utilisation groups A1–A8 and mechanism groups M1–M8), DIN 15018 together with the successor European EN 13001 series for steel-structure design, and ISO 4301 for the classification of cranes and their mechanisms. As a Turkish manufacturer we also maintain certification with the Türk Standardları Enstitüsü (TSE), renewed annually.
Custom Engineering on Request
Beyond our standard product range, we engineer bespoke configurations to match site constraints: non-standard spans, high-duty-cycle process cranes, low-headroom designs, increased corrosion protection and explosion-proof variants. Our engineering team reviews each project against the relevant FEM and EN duty groups before release to production.
Worldwide Delivery
From our Konya production facility we ship to customers internationally, with each delivery accompanied by the required quality certificates, factory test reports and operating manuals to ensure smooth commissioning at site.
